Prior to founding A. Freienstein GmbH, Axel Freienstein was a recognized top-level senior executive in the field of human resources. His years of experience is gathered from legacy companies from myriad industries. Until recently, he was with a Fortune 100 Technology company with global responsibility.
He acquired his deep understanding in international HR matters through his involvement in multiple global projects, spanning over numerous cities and countries globally, dealing with multicultural workforces. This has made him an accepted partner amongst senior management, as well as a familiar negotiation partner with international trade unions and work councils.
Decisive Leadership – Communicative – Practical Experience
Mr. Freienstein has over 30 years of HR experience and is a leading practitioner in strategy-based transformation programs for international companies. He is well-noted for his excellent leadership skills, and capabilities in building and leading high-performance teams. He possesses great amount of expertise in restructuring and optimization of processes. He is also a convincing initiator for new, innovative solutions. His excellent intercultural skill and his dominance within the international HR business, paired with strong self-motivation and loyalty, characterizes his leadership style and global thinking.
He has a BA in Economics, which he acquired after his time as an Officer with the German Air Force and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
